Hi guys,
My customer have a problem with a meet me number.
They have many meet me number but one of them is active, they need finish this session.
This meet me number is old and users use this number frequently, but when the secretary start the meet me she hear a busy tone and when she call directly to the meet me number entry to the conference.
I think that the meet me conference is active, but all person that used to call to this meet number left the conference.
How i can reset, finish or drop this conference.

Did you try to delete and recreate the meetme number?

Hi,
Yes I delete the meet me number, and the problem comtinue.
I restarted the resource conference bridges, but the problem continue.
CUCM version 4.2

Hi Guillermo.
Can you check through CUCM "Route Plan report" if you have duplicated DN or RP for the MeetMe number.
Try also to restart Voice Media Streaming Application service.
