Our Company is an Avaya shop but to integrate between the Avaya system(s) and MeetingPlace we have CUCM. This allows CUCM to download MS Active Directory and then upload this database to MeetingPlace. I have h.323 and SIP trunks from all of the Avaya Systems to CUCM and then a SIP trunk to MeetingPlace. CAC is basically the IP-Network-Region settings on the remote Avaya since not all calls go to CUCM. It isn't pretty but it works.
