MeetingPlace 7.0.3 - change invitee permissions

Is there a way to change the invitee permissions from their initial ones?  I am scheduling meetings through Outlook and when I click on the invitee link I see them but I am not able to change their permissions.  They are being assigned as Presenters and not Audience.  Once they are in the meeting I can change their permissions but I would like for them to come in as audience.

Hi Kristine,

Inviteee roles can be assigned only when scheduling from Web and not through Outlook. When scheduling from Outlook, the roles will be assigned automatically based on the meeting type you have selected:

Collaborative:
Owner: Moderator/ Speaker
All Invitees: Presenter/ Speaker
 
Presentation:
Owner: Moderator/ Speaker
All Invitees: Audience/ Speaker
 
Webinar:
Owner: Moderator/ Speaker
For first 2 Invitees: Presenter/ Speaker ( not valid for non-profiled invitees)
All other invitees: Audience/ Listener
