Hello, im having problems to install cue on a ism module, im not able to ping it and if i stablish a session its rebooting all the time
this is the status, whats wrong with it?
2900cme#service-module ism 0/0 status
Service Module is Cisco ISM0/0
Service Module supports session via TTY line 131
Service Module is trying to recover from error
Service Module heartbeat-reset is enabled
Service Module is in fail open
Service Module status is not available
No install/uninstall in progress

Actually i think that other post its the consecuende of this problem that im facing now, there
is something wrong with the ism, not the adressing, but thanks anyway

You won't know until you telnet to the module.
Do you know how to do that ? Is that the first CUE you install ?

Yes, this is the first cue i install, but when i telnet the module is rebooting all the time, im not going to be able to connecto to the device for a while
but it cant boot, it doesnt find a image, so it boots again to look for the image, i dont remember the exact error messages

Type *** to interrupt boot. Configure tor boot from tftp installer, install image from FTP. The exact steps are in the manual.
