MeetingPlace 8 Auto Attend Feature

Hello

I have enabled Auto Attend feature for my user.

I can see the User Profile has the 'Main Number' field with 6983 which matches the extension

I schedule a meeting from Web Interface

I call meetingplace using endpoint 6983

I'm still presented with :

press 1 if you know the meeting ID

press 2 if you want to start a meeting

press 3 to access your profile

if I press 1 and enter the meeting details, and I check the Meeting Invitees from the Web Interface it shows up as Guest.

I must be missing a checkbox somewhere or am I not understanding this feature?

Could you please check the below parameters are configured?

-Meeting profile match the main phone number

-Auto attend mode set to "automatically join meeting

-Allow any profiled user to initiate set to "yes".

Hi Tere,

Thank you. After checking your suggestions I found out that the main issue is with this particular user.

What I notice is that sometimes the Main Number field in his profile is 'Blank'

However when I checked in CUCM the number is there!

I have to perform a full sync again from Directory Service page.

Do you know what could be the cause?

Nevermind I found the DDTS:

CSCti48222

Which should be resolved in 8.0.2
