MeetingPlace MCU3515 is offline

Hi Experts,

Ihave customer having a strange issue with MCU3515 ,It keeps giving me offline status on the Media Server Admistration web page, I added a name MCU3515 and give it IP Address 192.168.1.70 (Audio Blade) and put SNMP Get Community "RVGET2" and SNMP Set Community"RVSET2" still nothing changed.I tried the button "GO TO MCU" on the same page ,chooses device and add SNMP read community"RVGET2" AND SNMP write community"RVSET2" but also with no luck.What i'm missing in here???!!!!!.........I tried everything and cannot open a TAC with cisco as the contract has been expired. I have attached a print screen of the issue .

Hi,

The problem is solved finally.All you have to do is to hard reset the MCU 3515 which will download the templates for voice and video profiles.
