Hi there,
You would need to check the Maximum MeetMe Conference Participants settings
Both Ad Hoc and MeetMe conferences have a configurable setting that limits the number of participants (Software Conference Bridge);
Clusterwide Parameters (Service)
Maximum Ad Hoc Conference = X
Maximum MeetMe Conference Unicast = X
The default number of Maximum MeetMe Participants (per Conference) is set at 4.
To increase the Maximum number of MeetMe participants (we have ours at 16);
Go to:
Service Parameters Configuration >Clusterwide Parameters (Service)>Maximum MeetMe Conference
Cheers!

Bear in mind that those are statically allocated, even if you, like for example with Rob's setting, have it for 16 conferencees, and only have 5 people, you're allocating resources for other 11 people to join, and you're decreasing the amount of resources from your CFB by 16.
