message indicator

Hello ,

One of the IP phones has this message indicator continuously lit , even when all messages have been read/deleted.

is there a method to get rid of this indicator on the phone.

Have you configured this extension to another phone device?

You can try to set the "Visual Message MWI Policy" from Default to "Light", under "Directory Number Configuration".
