Hi
We are CCM 4.1 with 2811 gateways running MGCP.
We have a route group of 3 gateways connecting via ISDN to the PSTN.
Outgoing calls are distributed round these gateways as "Round Robin" however when one of the gateways lost its registration to Call Manager we could not make any outgoing calls.
Is this behaviour correct or should the calls have gone out via the two remaining gateways.
Thanks

It should go to next Gateway.
We would need CCM|SDL detailed traces.
and make sure you have the following configured:
Goo to CCM Admin page > Service > Service Parameters > choose CallManager Service
> look for Clusterwide Parameters (Route Plan) > Stop Routing On User Busy
Flag* > Set it to FALSE > at the same place : Stop Routing on Unallocated Number
Flag* > set it to FALSE > update >

Yes, it should move on to the next gateway i think traces can be helpful..
may be we are not hitting the right group.
