I've just converted a customer to an MGCP PRI. Everything is working fine except for international calling. I'm getting this disconnect code on the gateway using a Q931 debug.
Cause i = 0x829F - Normal, unspecified
What does this mean? Users get a busy tone. It sounds like a Service Provider issue. Am I right?

Hello,
can you include output of "term mon" and "debug isdn q931" when placing an international call and it fails ?

0x82 means from the Telco. This error is typical of a Telco blocking a string from the ANI of the calling number. Check to see if they are blocking due to this number not being in their screening tables. I have seen this with 800 numbers too. To test, change the transform mask on your line to be a valid number and then try it.
