minimum multicast config for MOH

I have 6509 and 3750 switches and I am looking for the minimum configuration to get MOH to work for CM and phones. I can put "spare-dense" mode but am worried that dense will flood the network. Also I see that there are about 3 different pim-sparse options: ASM, SSM, BiDir.

Sparse-dense will be fine, its standard practice... I run it everywhere...
