Mismatch application user CUCM and UCCX

Hello All,

I joined to new company and he found this strange thing in UCCX.

In UCCX the CUCM CTI manager username is configured as JTAPIX but in CUCM there is no application user as JTAPIX but I can see JTAPIX_1 and JTAPIX_2. Can some one please explain this.

Hi

That's normal - the user in UCCX Admin is actually a 'prefix'.

The system then creates a JTAPI user for each UCCX node in the cluster, and each one is associted to the CTI RPs that are used by both servers, and the CTI Ports for that specific server. The system adds _1 and _2 to each to signify which node uses that account.
