When trying to redial a missed call from the directory it calls
1010 instead of 1 to get out. This is because this is the detail
displayed/captured for incoming calls.
when I call it from home (other external phones) it adds 10 in
front of number.
BUT when I call from my vodafone itz mobile it appears ok.
Had a look through and checked translation patterns etc. but can't find anything.
1) issue is : on all cisco ip phones, when we get an external
call we get an extra 10 in front of the number.
e.g. 101078568767
1010211710464
2) but if I call from my work mobile which is in the vodafone ITZ group it shows up correctly. e.g. 1021894373
I suspect it is something simple like a route pattern or list, or translation pattern.
IF I call my ip phone from my hcc mobile it appears ok, but if I call from my personal mobile it adds 10 in front.
So this leads me to think it is something up with the original
route plans/translation.
Actually when user calls m phone, caller Id looks ok but when I
pick up the phone it adds 10 in front.
1) When I get a call the number appears ok, but when I checked
the directory of missed/received calls it has 10 in front.
2) I was at another site the phone there and it did
not have the problem.
It is possibly just IS users in this current dhcp scope ?

From CUCM 3.3 you can prefix the leading 0 and the trunk access code if you desire, so that when you receive a call or miss a call you can simply go to your directories and press the dial softkey without having to key in the full number.
This is configured within the CallManager Service service Parameters. Open the advanced settings and scroll to the
Cluster Wide Parameters for Device - Phone section or Device - MGCP Gateway.
At the bottom of either of these sections there are four fields for incoming calling party number prefixes, for National, International, Subscriber and unknown numplan.
I suspect that the 10 prefix has been added to the subscriber or Unknown prefix for Phone devices, it all depends on the numplan of the calling party. For example, if you call from your mobile and numplan is unknown then if there is a prefix configured, it is this which will prefixed to the calling party number.
