I was asked to run a report for Missed Calls for a certain extension. The only way I could figure out how to do this is run a report on all incoming calls and filter them for calls that are zero seconds in length. Does anyone know of a better way or a best practices way to run a Missed Calls report for an extension? -Beth

If you're using CDR/CAR there is no report for missed calls, so it has to be done the way you're doing it.

Thank you Jaime, for the feedback. I appreciate it very much since my customer thinks there should be more missed calls than the report reflected. I wanted to make sure I was using an accurate method of identifying those missed calls.
