Hi There !
I have a Hunt Pilot configured (1000) with 4 extension (1001, 1002, 1003, 1004) - Broadcast
If the 1001 extension pick up the call, 1002, 1003, 1004 extension shows a "missed call" information... but it was answered by 1001...
What can I do to fix this?
Thanks.
Andrei.

Hi Andrei,
Sadly, as you have discovered, anytime a call hits the display on
an IP Phone it is saved/displayed as a "Missed" call. There is no
way to mitigate this other than for "shared lines" on the newest CUCM
releases
In your example, the Broadcast Algorithm will generate the most
Missed call displays as every call hits every members phone. If your users
are having trouble discerning if a call came from the Hunt group vs a call
to their personal DN they may find the "Details" softkey handy, as it will show
alot of related info regarding the nature of the call.
Cheers!
