Hi All..
I am trying to set up mobile connect and have configured all parmeters ie End User, RDP etc etc,However, when I call the DDI of my softphone the softphone rings but the RDP ( in this case my mobile) does not....
Is there anything i am missing ?
Thanks

Is the shared DN associated with the RDP? Is it checked? Does the RDP have proper CSS? What type of trunk do you have, only PRI and SIP trunks are supported. Do you see call in a debug on the GW?

Hi Chris
The DN is assocaited with my softphone only and is also linked to my RDP and checked.
RDP has calling search space and trunks are PRI.
Thanks

Can you run "debug isdn q931" and see if the call hits the GW?
How is your remote destination defined? Does it have proper offnet prefix as part of it? Is enabled mobile connect checkbox checked?

RDP defined ok....Using my mobile as the RDP which prefixed with 9 ( outside line).
Where would the debug command be run from The gateway that my device is configured to use?

On the GW you expect the call to go out on.
Also, if you could post screen shots of your RDP, RD, CSS applied to the RDP, RP it is suppose to match it would help us.

For calls to your RDP/RD your RDP reroute CSS would be used. Check if that has a RP that match your RD destination number.
