Hi there,
I have a CUCM 7.0 with mobile connect enabled. Users with a configured RDP assigned have this feature functioning correctly (i.e. incoming call to extension rings on both IP phone and mobile phone.)
The issue is when a user with their mobile phone configured in their RDP calls into a CTI-Route Point on the same CUCM system, with the mobile phone assigned to their RDP, they get a busy tone.
If I then take the mobile phone number out of the RDP and the user calls into the same RP the call succeeds.
The RP points to the UCCX system to play an IVR message.
Q931 only offers "Cause i = 0x8091 - User busy"
Any help would be great.

Jay,
Did you ever find the resolution to this? I'm experiencing the same issue.
Thank you,
Casey

Hi Casey,
Actually I did. It was pretty confusing but simple.
I just had to add the partition that the actual CTI route ports (not just the route point) belong to, to the CSS of the RDP.
Now it works for me. Good luck...
Cheers,
Jay
