Hello,
I have a CUCM 7.1.5 running in my office..
I have configured Mobile Voice Access and it works fine.
The issue is that I want to listen to the message in Greek...
I have the GR Locale installed, I reboot but it doesn't work.
In the mobile voice access configuration I put the Greek Locale ONLY but nothing changed..
I still hear the message in English and not in Greek
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance!!

Hi,
Can you try the following ?
- Restart the Mobile Voice Access service on the Pub, from the serviceability page
- Remove the MVA service from the dialpeer on the H.323 gateway, and add it back in
Example :
application
no service ccm
service ccm http://x.x.x.x:8080/ccmivr/pages/IVRMainpage.vxml
Test again and check.
If you still hear English, send me the screenshot of the MVA config page, and the Mobile Voice Access Service logs set to Debug.
