Scenario:
We have a RingCentral hotline ringing multiple cell phones - we are now adding landlines from our Call Manager infrastructure and some members have Mobility/SingleNumberReach enabled.
They are reporting that the leading '99' we have prefixed these calls with on the RingCentral end does not appear on their Mobility Remote Destination.
Their desk phone and Jabber does include the '99' but their cellular strips the '99' and comes through in this format: +1 xxx xxx xxxx.
I'd like to keep the'99' in the caller ID information as CUCM rings the cellular device out our SIP PSTN trunk. I've made changes at various locations in CUCM but have been unable to pass the '99'.
Any help on where should these changes should be made and for it to be specific to remote destination dialing would be really appreciated.
