Hi All,
We are using MS OCS 2007 R2 and MOC 2007 R2.
Everything has been working beautifully for a couple years and suddenly we are getting "No Phone System connection, the Call control server is temporarily unavailable"
all SIP: and TEL: URI information is correct, CCM is correct and licesned for CUPs, and deskphone controll is enabled.
SDI traces indicate the user is being authorised properly.

the only thing that has happened is that the user re-imaged the laptop with windows7-64bit. We also have about 30 users in an office that was recently migrated onto WIN7. Phone integrations works for 50% of them, but the rest have this issue.
Has anyone encountered this issue before. We are also using the same SOE and all in the same AD container with same GPO's
