I have a customer wanting to move modems from a PABX onto an IP infrastructure. No callmanager just gateways and FXS ports using H323, As anybody configured this succesfully without modem issues. Any tips would be helpfull.

If you have a really perfect connection between gateway, low delay and jitter, chances are that modem will work at moderate speeds like 14.4 or so.
Else, try configuring "modem relay", search CCO for the config guide.
Hope this helps, please rate post if it does!
