I HAVE A MOH PROBLEM FOR EXTERNAL INCOMING CALL ?
FOR THE INTERNAL CALL . THE MOH IS WORKING

Have you already checked your MRGLs and that all MOH servers have the MOH files??

What are you using as your MOH source?
Is this problem happening in the same office as where your MOH source resides, or a branch office?
