MOH Storage Space

We are running CUCM 11 and are getting the following message when we go to MOH Audio File Management on the Publisher:

29 records found, but there is no additional space available.  Please delete files as necessary to create space for new MOH files.

On the Subscriber, we are not getting the above message (same number of MOH files):

29 records found, 3000 minutes available

We tried deleting some MOH files (around 12) but that did not seem to help.  What do we need to do to fix this?

Please provide the output of show status command from your CM Publisher and Subscriber server.

What happens when you try to upload the file, it does not upload at all but you can upload it and it tells something like There is -4 minutes available. Are you able to upload the same file on your subscriber server just to make sure the specs are good for the file. Below should be the specs for file you are trying to upload:

•16-bit PCM wav file

•Stereo or mono

•Sample rates of 48 kHz, 32 kHz, 16 kHz, or 8 kHz

Can you try to delete some more files and then try

We tried to upload the MOH file again and it appears to have been successful.  Still getting the Warning message about no space available.
