CM deployment experiencing scratchy / static noise with background music via iPod when external calls are parked or put on hold. Ideas?

Hi,

Most likely you are running into the bug CSCtg19173.

While using a HiFi system, where the output is LineOut, this leads to an impedance mismatch causing high frequencies to become saturated. This leads to static and a scratchy audio quality of MOH.
