in CME there have a feature ： monitor-ring

but how can i complete the feature in CUCM？？

The equivalent on CUCM is 'blf speed dial'.

Basically assign a Phone Button Template to your device that has 'Speed Dial BLF' buttons. Once that's done, you can set the SD BLF on the device configuration page to the DN that you want to monitor, and you will see the status of that line on your phone.

In addition to adding the BLF button, you will also need to set the SUBSCRIBE CSS on the phone to a CSS that includes the line you want to monitor. If this is an EM profile, you need to set the SUBSCRIBE CSS on the End User page as well.
