Hello,
I am using CUCM 10 and I would like to monitor the gateway activity, to know how many maximum calls users do at the same time.
I can see the log activity in the RTMT tool, in the Voice/Video menu > Call Process > Gateway Activity
My issue is that I can see only 10 minutes, no more. So, I have to keep an eye (hopefullly I got two :D ) on the screen.
I would like to get the same information for 24hours or 1 week, maybe 1 month.
If not possible, at least, I would like extract each 10 minutes, to merge the information after and create a graph for 24h.
Is there any way to increase that time or extract the information from a any log file ?
