Hi all,
Anyone have ever monitor voice gateway e1 port usage.
if yes, what software used

Hi,
If this is an E1 gateway on CUCM you can use RTMT and look at the :-
System ---> performance ---> select the call processor --->
Select the type of gateway.
Then graph what you need like ""ACTIVE CALLS "
If you can only use IOS commands then
"show isdn service" will show which channels are free/busy.

Hi,
Yes you can monitor for a month but it is going to build a very large logfile (csv)
Once you you have your graph on the screen.
Left click on the graph (this will put an orange border round the graph)
Right click and select Start Counter Logging
The Name of the file can be your choice and the destination path is shown at the bottom of
the box.
I suggest that run this for say an hour to see what size of file you see.
