I am needing to know if there is a way to track how many calls are going out at the same time on one of our voice GWs. I currently have a 2811XM running IOS ver. 12.4(22)T4.
Over the last two weeks I have had to reboot the router due to the fact calls were not going through, you dial the number and then there is no dial tone no busy signal no sound what so ever. once I reboot the router calls start going through, talked with AT&T and they said they are seeing sync errors coming from my equipment but no problems on there end.
Any ideas?
Thanks

Hi
You can USE RTMT
1) System ---> performance ---> select the call processor --->
Select the type of gateway.
Then graph what you need like ""ACTIVE CALLS "
2) If you can only use IOS commands then
"show voice call status | i active" will show active calls.
3) Or you can use SNMP for it :- cvCallActiveDS0s is the OID.

Ronak that for the information so far the RTMT is working, I will use step 3 if I need more information.
Thanks again,
