sorry for the delay in getting back with you Jamie, no the calls are not hitting the gateway but I am able to call out from a phone with the new extension and I can dial it internally.

Thanks Patrick I did check the release notes and I am able to install the x8.8.3 but TAC will only support up to x8.6.1 the equipment that I have is 1st generation.
