Hello,
I recently upgrade a site from T1 to a 10meg metroe circiut. The 10 meg goes back to MPLS. The only issue that I'm having is some not all of my ip phones will reboot 5 to 6 times aday. The error messages says UCM features disabled. Which makes me think circuit issue. They only wierd thing is not all the phones do it. Has any else ran into the issue.
Thanks,

Hi Thomas,
UCM features disabled message comes when phone loses its connectivity to CUCM server.
What is the CUCM version and how IP phones are registered i.e. regisitered to Subscriber / publisher ?
Any specific IP phone model boots?

Call manager 8.6, Phones 7961, They register to the sub. That is what is wierd. No all phones at the site do it. Just a few.

Hi Stewart,
How many servers do u have in cluster ?
are all these problematic phones connected to one switch or different switches /POE?
Did u try registering Phones to Publisher and all servers are placed at one single site?

Thanks for your replies. After futher looking into the issue I figure out the probelm. What I found was after I cut over the new 10 meg metro e circuit. I also have a vpn tunnel going back to my MPLS router. The voice traffic was going over the vpn tunnel instead of the new 10 meg circuit.
