MS-Lync Issues

Hi, my current LAN setup is turn on auto Qos and truest Cisco IP Phone. So far, call on IP Phone does not have any issues. Recently, my company are implement the MS-Lync to users. Now I facing an issues where when a Lync users doing conference call to 3 or more party, then it will voice quality issues. But call between Lync to Lync(1 party only) does not have any issues. Can I know is it because of the Qos issues? Do you have  any idea to find tunning the Qos? Could it because Lync server setting issues?

OK, I have no idea about how Lync handles conferences, if it's anything like CUCM, there will be a CFB somewhere to mix the audio, check your config there, and QoS to it. I suggest you also post this in a MS Lync forum, if all you have of Cisco equipment are the switches, which you don't mention, but I'm assuming.
