MTP for gateway

Hi,

 

I have one h323 gateway and registered in CUCM. I have not checked Media Termination Point Required. Then the problem was that incoming calls were on way voice. 

 

When i have checked Media Termination Point Required option then it is OK. What can be the issue? if i dont want to enable this option. Thanks

Where is the MTP resource located? Is this the same voice gateway or the CUCM or another ISR?

 

Maybe check your routing to/from voice gateway from CUCM. Do you have any load balancing config like HSRP, VRRP etc in place.

MTP are located on same gateway.

 

Routing is perfect as i told you when i check that option then 2 way voice happens.
