I went out to a new voip site I am now responsible for. This site is experiencing some issues that I have not seen before.
This site has a single DID with a few hundred internal extensions.
They have a few phones that are on VG-224s. you pick up the phone and you hear a couple of 3 or 4 beeps then you get dial tone.
I thought it might be a problem with the VG so I moved it to another VG224 and the same thing occurs. I did not see anything out of the norm in
Call Manager. Any Ideas would be helpful. The site has 6 vg224's and only a couple of phones that do this.
