We have the following situation.
1 phone with 4 remote destinations (SNR) for our technicians with different work schedules.
For 3 of them , is it a shift from 07:00 until 16:00 , so no problem.
But for one is it from 04:00 - to 07:00 and then from 16:00 until 22:00 and for this i see no solution to implement this with the time schedule in our CUCM with remote destination and SNR .
Any advice or work around?
our version is 184.108.40.20600-18

This is not really a solution, because our technicians need to change there working hours in the selfcare portal.
