Hi,
We have a CUCM 10.5.2 integrated with AVAYA SME.
Avaya SME is connected to other sites on Avaya and Nortel.
Now there is an PSTN MVA number 441275 which has been translated on router as 446220 and the MVA works properly i.e. we are able to dial PSTN calls when we are dialing from mobile.
The problem is when we want to reach the DISA number i.e. 446220 via Avaya SME from any other site to call via MVA.
Can this be achieved too as MVA works from router and how the communication would happen if call comes via Avaya SME SIP trunk by calling 446220 directly?
The call does not gets connected to MVA IVR only.
Any Help would be appreciated..
