Hi,
I am having an IP phone with 2 lines configured in it. If i get a voice mail in line 1 the MWI light will blink where as if i get a voice mail in Line 2 , MWI light doesn't blink. So is there any solution to make the MWI work for Line 2 also.
Call Manager version :8.X
Unity Connection Version : 7.X

Hi Sankar,
This change will be done in Communications manager, look at this setting on the individual
second lines or for the whole cluster
Device>Phone>Directory Number
(change from use system policy)
or
Clusterwide Parameters (Feature - General)
Message Waiting lamp Policy
the default is > Primary Line Light and Prompt
change to Light and Prompt > this will then activate the MWI for secondary lines
