MWI issue with CUCM

Hi

We have CUCM 8.6.2, Integrated with CUC 9.1, but message Waiting indicator is not working. When I'm dial the MWI on button from Phone its not working, how can I troubleshoot this ?

SIP?? SCCP???

If you can't reach the MWI DN, that's as basic as partitions and CSSs.

Hi there,

The fact  that these phones MWI Lamps do not turn On and Off when dialing the MWI  On/Off DN's would seem to be a CSS issue. Can you check the CSS assigned  under the DN itself and the Device CSS.
