Hi All,
We have stuck a road block here with our clients , where a 1000 users have there MWI light on there phones * with or without voice-mails.
Have done the basic troubleshooting of resynching the MWI ON /OFF from the Unity Connection GUI as well the VM Pilot has the CSS and Partitions configured correctly on the CUCM, but even then , there seems to an issue here, Would appreciate any guidance on this as it is pretty much a site down thing , need some guidance before moving to TAC.

Please make sure voice mail ports (dn) has css allow to mwi numbers.
MWI nubmer has CSS allow to all users DN.

For a problem of thsi magnitude, I will suggest you open a P1 TAC case. Feel free to share your findings and resolution with us..
