I have one user whos MWI says he has a VM but really he does not. If he dials the MWI-off ext 5002 the light goes off until a new VM comes in then he gets and deletes the VM and the MWI stays on. Thoughts?

Samething has happened to me in the past. Typically, deleting the MWI extension from the subscriber mailbox and then adding it back resolves the issue.

Please make sure voice mail ports (DN) has the CSS to allow the mwi numbers. MWI numbers should let CSS allow to the User's DN.
