MX200 Dual Display to a Projector.

We have a MX200 G2 and we are trying to connect a Projector to enlarge the conference picture but it will not display anything. Anyone have any suggestions?

Hello Eric -

Connecting a projector to an MX200 G2 should work just fine.  It would show content.

If it is not working, please check the following:

1) Specifications on the projector input.  Does it support any of the resolutions listed on the MX200 Datasheet?  Like 1080p, 720p, or WXGA.

2) Verify the HDMI connection on the back of the MX200.  There are three HDMI connectors back there, but only one is for an external monitor / projector.

3) Try hooking up a standard computer monitor instead of the projector

This has been resolved. The issue was you cannot mirror a teleconference to a second display on a MX200. The HDMI out will only support presentations on a second screen. When you share a presentation on a MX200 with one screen the presentation and the conference are on the same screen. When you add the second scree the output presentation is moved to that screen and the teleconference is still on the main screen.
