Name display in UCCX Desktop Administrator

HI All

Thanks in Advance !!!!

I have a query. I have a user in my environment, lets say his name is Andrew Joseph and his user ID is aj1234.

Now my query is, when I see him in Resources section in UCCX, his name appeared as Andrew Joseph, but when I see him in Desktop Administrator, I see him with his User id (aj1234).

How can i change his name from user ID to actual name in Desktop Administrator, I mean from aj1234 to Andrew Joseph ?

1) This is Working as Design and cannot be changed

2) What is the requirement that you want to change it to the Resource Name vs User ID. In case, if it is difficult to identify the user with User ID, then there also appears the First and Last name of the user in CDA (separately though). Hence, I do not see any issue or a real need that you really need to list the Resource Name as together

This is user's requirement not ours. and secondly, all other resources have their names displayed except this one !!!

Can you attach the below screenshots for two of the users 1) Working and 2) Non Working

CCX ADministration >> Subsystems >> RmcM >> Resources and choose the resource (working and non working) and paste their Resource Configuration
