We have found where we can implement national number dialing prefix in service paramaters and adding 91 to the inbound caller-id works for the most part. Our service, however, is on PRI that support both local and LD calls on the same lines.
Our LEC does not allow us to dial 1 for a local or intra-lata call that is not actually LD. Calls that are from local or metro exchanges must be dialed without a 1.
Is there a way to implement this and create an exception for 'local' area codes?
