Native media recording on VG 450

Dears,

I am trying to configure Native media recording on Cisco VG 450 analog gateway.
I have followed the below configuration listed under the following link to do SIPREC recording on the FXS port:
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/routers/access/interfaces/NIM/software/configuration/guide/4gen-t1-e1-nim-guide.html#id_87022

SUMMARY STEPS
enable
configure terminal
voice service pots
media-recording licenses <num>
exit
dial-peer voice <nnnn> pots
incoming called-number string
media-recording dialpeer tag
port string
exit
dial-peer voice dummy-recorder-dial-peer-tag voip
description dial-peer that needs to be forked
destination-pattern [+] string [T]
session protocol sipv2
session target ipv4 [recording-server-destination-address | recording-server-dns]
exit

However whenever a call is made to the analog phone, dial-peer 0 is matched and not the added Pots dial-peer above.

The analog gateway is added as SCCP in CUCM.
All the dial-peers matched on the GW are dial-peer 0s by running the command "show call hist voi br"

if the above pots dial-peer is never matched then call recording will not happen.

Any advice on how the GW should be configured? any other recommendations?

Thanks in advance.
