Need Help! - can't access CUCM web admin page

Hi All,

As per title u might thinking i need to restart the Tomcat service, yes i did but still all to no avail.

i get this error from console :

%CCM_TOMCAT_APPS-JAVAAPPLICATIONS-0-IPMANotStarted: IPMA Application not started Servlet Name: Cisco IP Manager Assistant Reason: Service failed to go active. Could not get all users from directory. App ID: Cisco Tomcat Cluster ID: Node ID:

which come out every 4-5 mins, anyone know what's this message mean? i can't stop the IPMA services since it's been deployed to top management of my company.

Did you try to restart the IPMA service, the CTI service and the Tomcat service.

Hi Shalu,

It turned out to be okay now. i didn't do anything and somehow the error just dissapear. But yet it'll be wise if anyone know what's the error is all about as it'll help in the future for anyone who might face it.
