How do I re-set the time on our CISCO 7960 series IP Phone due to a power outage in building where time is now 14 minutes off? I've gone into CallManager, and can't seem to locate where to change the minutes. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks
Time is passed to the phone through the SCCP packets. Ensure that the server time is accurate and the phone should correct to that. CUCM normally syncronizes to an NTP server. In 5.0+ this is done from the OS Admin page or the CLI.
