Hi,

we have plan to purchase Cisco Business Edition 7000M Svr (M4), Export Unrestrict. SW and Cisco IP Phone 8865 with Video capability with CUCM 11.X so which type of license i should purchased to acive it.

As Jaime pointed out you can get a free quote from Cisco partner for any solution.

The licensing depends on few factors such as do you require voicemail to go with it, will users have more than one device configured i.e. desk phone and soft phone i.e. Jabber, etc. so you end up with either CUWL, Enhanced Plus or Enhanced licenses to cover 88XX devices.
