I am trying to get call records going back one year, but I'm getting a message that says no data available from before July 1, 2013. Can someone guide me to where I can get this information for a particular phone number, as well as an internal extension? Any help greatly appreciated.

Hi Claire.
Remember that CDR has a limited volume space and the max retention is 180 Days (60 by default)
I suggest you to schedule a weekly backup of your CUCM Data in order to have always a valid configuration in case of disaster and a good backup of your CDR.

Or you can send the flat files to a SFTP server and keep the info there for as long as you like.

Then, you should have some app which will process these flat files and prepare the output for you in some user-friendly form.
Try to search for a call accounting systems, e.g. follow this link to get more info about one of them: http://www.2ring.com/ca
