Need some suggestion on 6921 & 7942 handsets

Need some suggestions on which model of phone is better between 6921 and 7942 considering the fact that these phones are used by normal UC users and in future may be used for contact centre agents.

Hi there,

I would choose the 7942 over the 6921 all day long as the 6900's are very buggy
