Hi Buddies,
This will be a simple query but i can't able to achieve. the query is
I need to block the incoming call to a particular single Cisco IP phone. In my environment I have CUCM ve 8.6.(2) and the gateway will be MGCP". I have read the blog "https://supportforums.cisco.com/document/77241/technotes-how-block-incoming-calls-cucm-8x-based-ani-mgcp-gateway" but that really confusing me. So please help me on this.

You haven't mentioned if you want to block calls on the basis of CLI or something else. But assuming as per link shared by you.... I had recent discussion on the subject. Please see if it helps you.

The methods that we have are to block ALL calls coming from a particular PSTN number, if you want this for a calling/called number pair only, you would need to look into developing your own TCL script for that.
That link you provided, is what everybody else has used for the config, all you need is explained there.
