Hi all
been trying to troubleshoot this one particular phone that is having an issue. Currently on the "voice router", 4 FXO ports are connected and pointed to the same "voice gateway". this is the error that i see on the dial-peer
Time elapsed since last clearing of voice call statistics never
Connect Time = 2997, Charged Units = 0,
Successful Calls = 191, Failed Calls = 169, Incomplete Calls = 0
Accepted Calls = 32, Refused Calls = 0,
Last Disconnect Cause is "26 ",
Last Disconnect Text is "network out of order (38)",
from what I have seen, the configuration on both router and gateway seems to be matching each other.
I have also done a cross-match with the other 3 working POTS and found that they all are similar in the way that it's configured.
But i am still dumb-founded as to why I am getting this error.
Is there anything particular that I am missing?

card-type is not configure
the D Channel is not also configure in your configuration.
and "isdn primary-ini will need to be configure on the D channel
"isdn incoming--voice voice is also needed in you config

Hi Rammany,
the card has 4 ports, 3 of them are working fine. changing the card type would affect the whole card, yes?
and does the D channel needed to be configured when the other ports are working?

what type of card are you using? is it FXO or T1/E1?

4 x FXO ports on a single card, as indicated earlier.
